Recipes for Multicooker: Dumplings with Cheese

Today we will cook dumplings with cottage cheese in a Cuckoo multicooker. For this we select the program mode

We will need:

1. Flour – 2 m.tbsp.

2. Egg – 3 pcs.

3. Water or milk – 0.5 m. tbsp.

4. Salt – to taste.

5. Cheese cheese – 500 gr.

6. Water – 2 m.tbsp.

Cuckoo CR-0331 Multicooker

Cooking:

1. Mix quark and eggs, strain through a sieve, salt and beat beat well. BATTERY.

2. Sift flour, gather into a slide, make a funnel in it and pour in 2 eggs. Then pour water and salt, knead not very thick dough and leave it to rest for 30-40 minutes.

3. Roll out the dough as thin as possible and cut into 6 x 6 cm squares , 4. Put cottage cheese in the center of each square and bake.

5. Pour 3 measuring cups of water into the bowl of the pressure cooker.

6. Place a steam plate in a bowl and place the dumplings on it.

7. Using buttons “Right” and “Left” select “COOKING” program, set time and temperature level 2 for 25 minutes. Press “START” button.

At the end of boiling add sour cream and spices to taste.

Note:

– The quantity of dumplings per steamer depends on the size of dumplings.

– You can cook manty, dumplings and hinkali in this way.
