Recipes for multicooker: coconut pie

Today we are going to cook in a Cuckoo multicooker

coconut pie.

For this we choose the program mode – “COOKING”

We will need:

KOKOSOVYJ_PIROG

1. Butter – 115 gr.

2. Wheat flour – 225 gr.

3. Demerara sugar – 115 gr.

4. Coconut shavings – 100g.

5. Salt – to taste.

6. 2 Eggs.

7. Milk – 4 Tbsp.l.

8. Baking powder – 1 ch.l.

Cooking:

1. Sift the flour into a bowl, add the melted butter and knead into a crumb with your hands.

2. Stir in the sugar, 3/4 of the coconut shavings, eggs, and mix thoroughly.

3. Grease the bowl and put the batter in it, and top with the remaining coconut shavings.

4. Press “RIGHT”, “LEFT” buttons to select “OVEN” program, set time

50 minutes and 2 temperature level. Press “START” button.
