1. Soak the legs for 2 to 3 hours. Clean them well with a knife.
2. Put all the ingredients in a bowl and pour water over them by 5 cm. above the contents.
3. After boiling add a bay leaf.
4. Strain the broth and separate the meat into fibers. Put a little more salt in the broth.
5. Place the meat in the form, decorate with greens, carrots and green peas and put in the fridge. Press “RIGHT”, “LEFT” buttons to enter “COOK” program.r.”, set time 2 hours and 30 minutes.
