We will need:

1. Flour – 1.5 m.tbsp.
2. Eggs – 6 pcs.
3. Sugar – 1 m.tbsp. and 3/ 4 m.tbsp.
4. Milk 1.5% – 1 Tbsp.l.
5. Butter – 3 Tbsp.l.
6. Vanillin 8g – 2 packs.
7. Salt – 2 pinches.
8. Soda – on the tip of a knife.

1. Sift flour through a sieve 3 times and add salt and vanillin.
2. Separate egg yolks from egg whites.
3. Whisk the egg whites for 5 minutes until the mixture thickens.
4. Add sugar in 3 steps to the whisked whites.
5. Beat egg whites with sugar for 5 minutes.
6. Then add egg yolks and whisk for 3 minutes more.
7. When the mass reaches a creamy consistency, add flour in two steps and gently stir until the lumps disappear.
8. Grate chocolate on the grater.
9. Add milk to the batter 1 Tbsp. Spoon and melted butter 1 tbsp. spoon
10. Grease the bottom and sides of the bowl with a thin layer of oil, then pour the liquid batter into it.
11. Press “RIGHT”, “LEFT” buttons to choose “OVEN” program and adjust time for 60 minutes and set temperature level 3. Press “START” button.
12. After making the biscuit, let it cool and sprinkle with chocolate chips.
