Recipes for Multicooker: Aubergine Rolls

Today we are going to cook eggplant rolls with our Cuckoo multicooker

For this we choose the program mode

We will need:

1. Eggplants – 300 gr.

2. Parmesan – 150g.

3. Tomatoes – 250 gr.

4. Garlic – 50 gr.

5. Pepper – to taste.

6. Green onions – 1 bundle.

7. Salt – to taste.

Preparation:

1. Cut eggplants lengthwise into thin, wide strips.

2. Grate cheese on the grater, cut the tomatoes into small cubes. Chop garlic and herbs.

3. Mix everything until homogeneous. Wrap the stuffing in eggplant rolls, fix edges with toothpicks and put them in a bowl .

4. Press “RIGHT”, “LEFT” buttons to choose “NUTS” program.

Press the “START” button.
