Very tender and flavorful dessert that just melts in your mouth
We’ll need:
Cream 35% fat – 800 ml,
Vanilla sugar – 10 g,
granulated sugar – 100 g,
Gelatin Leaf – 24g,
Water for soaking gelatin – 100 ml,
Fresh mint – 5 sprigs.
For decoration:
Fresh berries – 50 gr,
Fresh mint – 1 twig.
Method of preparation:
1. Remove the mint leaves from the sprigs and place them in a mixer bowl. Grind the mint in the blender mode, speed 7, time 10 seconds.
2. Place chopped mint in a small container. Rinse a mixer bowl.
3. Fill gelatin with water and let soak for 20 minutes.
4. Pour the cream into the mixer bowl, bring the cream to a boil. Boil in “Heating” mode, 90-100 C speed – 2, time – 30 minutes. The cream doesn’t have to run away.
5. Add granulated sugar, vanilla sugar and mint. Process in the blender on speed 5 for about 30 seconds.
6. Drain the water and place the soaked gelatin in the mixer bowl. Turn on Blender mode, speed 3, blending time 15 seconds.
7. Pour the mint dessert into creams, cool to room temperature and place in the refrigerator.
8. Garnish mint panna cotta cremains with fresh berries and mint leaves and serve.
