Broccoli
– 500 g,
Potatoes – 300g,
Onions – 100 gr,
Butter – 30 g,
Ground nutmeg – a pinch,
4 pepper mill mix – a pinch,
Salt – 10 grams,
Water – 1 l.
Also:
Garlic – 2 cloves,
Fresh herbs – 0.5 bundles,
Dor Blue cheese – 100 g,
Cream of 35% fat – 200 ml.
Method of preparation:
1. Cut an onion into 4 pieces. Dice potatoes, peel broccoli, cut into florets.
2. Place onions in a blender bowl and chop in 10 seconds in Blender mode, on speed 4.
3. Chop the garlic, chop the herbs finely.
4. Place broccoli florets, potatoes in a mixer bowl, add water, butter, salt and spices.
5. Cook soup in “Heating” mode, temperature – 90-100C, for – 30 minutes.
6. Add finely chopped herbs, minced garlic, pour the cream and in the “Blender” mode whip the soup into a puree. Speed 5, time – 1 minute.
7. Pour broccoli cream soup into bowls or bowls. Add the Dor Blue cheese slices to the soup and serve.
Note:
Serve with toasted wheat bread.
