Beef kebbe with vegetables
Method of preparation:
Oursson MG2010 meat grinder
1. Chop the onions and beef into pieces that will pass freely through the feed opening of the mincing machine.
2. Pass prepared ingredients through the mincer with fine grating
3. Season with salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly and freeze in the freezer until firm the minced meat should solidify, but still remain malleable .
4. Finely chop and fry the vegetables in sunflower oil, salt and pepper them, cool them down to room temperature and mince through a meat grinder with a coarse grater.
5. Assemble the meat grinder in the cutlet making set see pizza cutter . instructions and form cubes for kebbe.
6. Attach the thin sausage spreader attachment to the meat grinder, place the vegetable filling in the hopper and fill the kebbe billets with it.
7. Secure the edges of the filling kebbe billets.
8. Roast beef kebbe with vegetables in heated oil and serve as a main dish.

Use Oursson induction hobs and pans for frying kebbe.
