IRVINE, CA – Razer™, a leading manufacturer of peripherals and software for gamers, today announced the launch of the Razer Chroma Workshop, a dedicated microsite where all Chroma-enabled games and applications, as well as community-created Chroma-backlit profiles can be found.
Razer offers easy access to backlighting options more than 15 games and apps are now integrated with Chroma in-game backlighting
Razer Chroma Workshop is a one-stop site where you can get the most out of various Chroma devices. With an ever-expanding list of games with integrated Chroma lighting effects, independent Chroma apps – like Audio Visualize or the classic retro game Snake – and a community-developed Marketplace for user-generated Chroma profiles, Chroma Workshop offers thousands of different ways to light up your gaming gear.
Razer Chroma backlighting gives developers 16.8 million color options that can be applied to tutorials, alerts, and displayed game information and gameplay on Chroma-enabled devices. Well-known game engines such as Unity 3D and Unreal Engine have Razer Chroma plug-ins available or in development.
With the latest release of Razer Synapse, games integrated with the Chroma SDK will automatically gain access to Chroma highlighting for all supported devices.
