Needed:

– 100g of chocolate

– 100 ml of cream

– 4 eggs

– 3 tbsp. Spoonfuls of strong coffee

– 3 tbsp. spoons of powdered sugar

– 1 ch. Spoonful of vanilla sugar

Grate a bar of milk chocolate, mix it with the coffee, put it in a water bath and stir it until it melts. Separate the egg yolks from the whites, mix with a mixer and gradually add the powdered sugar until smooth. Then mix with melted chocolate and vanilla sugar. Beat egg whites separately until they form an airy froth, pour into the chocolate mixture, add whipped cream.

This is a very easy recipe, a bit like the Italian panacotta. Canned peaches in it can be left as you buy them – in halves or slices, and if you use strawberries – the berries can be cut in half or left whole. Strawberries go better with cream and peaches go better with sour cream.

Needed:

– 1 jar of peaches or strawberries in syrup

– 400 ml heavy cream or sour cream

– vanilla sugar

– 1 cup powdered sugar

– 15-20 grams of gelatin

– mint for decoration

Set aside some fruit to decorate the dessert. Pour the gelatin it is better to take not coarse, but strips with cold syrup and let it swell, mix it with the syrup, then pour the liquid into a saucepan and put on the fire. Place peaches or strawberries in the bottom of a low rectangular mold. Beat sour cream or cream with a mixer with powdered sugar and vanilla sugar, add hot syrup, mix everything and pour the mixture over the fruit.

The pudding should chill in the refrigerator for at least four hours. Before serving, with a very sharp knife, cut the pudding into pieces about 4×5 cm slightly askew, place a couple of pieces on each dessert plate and garnish all portions with slices of peach or berries and mint leaves.

You will need:

– 3 ripe but not darkened! banana

– 3 tablespoons white wine

– 1 tablespoon spoonful of semolina

– juice and zest of half a lemon or orange

– 3-4 tablespoons sugar

– 3 eggs

– 200 ml water

– 100 il cream

– coconut shavings

– Strawberry or strawberry jam syrup

– Sour cream or whipped cream

– A little oil to grease the molds

Boil the semolina in water and add the cream at the end. The result should be liquid semolina. In a blender, mash the yolks with the sugar, add the semolina, bananas, wine, juice and zest. Beat the egg whites separately, add them to the manna-banana mixture, and stir them in gently with a fork to avoid destroying the air bubbles in the whites!

Spread the pudding into oiled molds and either bake until golden in the oven or steam. When serving pour the syrup from strawberry jam mixed with sour cream or whipped cream and sprinkle with shavings of coconut.
