The key advantage of Prestige series products influencing the efficiency is the self-cleaning stainless steel heat exchanger developed by ACV specialists. Passing through its vertical pipes, the flue gases give off the maximum heat energy in one pass. Condensate is continuously produced in the heat transfer process, which runs down the walls of the heat exchanger, removing soot and carbon deposits. On the outside the flame pipes are passed through a water jacket, which minimizes the risk of overheating in case of malfunction of the coolant circulation in the heating system.

Stainless steel in Prestige boilers is used not only for the manufacture of heat exchangers or boilers, but also for many internal elements of the equipment. This material is resistant to corrosion and, as far as the boiler heat exchanger is concerned, to condensate acidity even in the presence of sulfur impurities in the fuel, which guarantees the effective operation of the boilers for many years of service.

In addition, good performance is provided by special silent infrared burners with stepless modulation of power. Unlike standard atmospheric or blast-furnace gas burners, they maintain high rates of combustion of gaseous fuel within the whole range of the equipment heat output. For example, the Prestige 24 model has the modulation depth ranging from 2.8 to 23.3 kW, which makes the system flexible to both the outside temperature and the changing needs in heat of a particular object.

Prestige wall mounted condensing boilers are available in versions from 24 to 120 kW. There are one-circuit heating Solo models and two-circuit Excellence models for heating and hot water hot water supply with a boiler made on a patented technology “tank-in-a-bucket”. In the case of the need to build a flexible and powerful system for office buildings, it is possible to combine several boilers in cascade with a centralized control from one of them.
