New York, March 13, 2013. – Consumers with Philips Smart TVs can now access more than 4,000 top Hollywood and American movies, cartoons and TV series from the Play app[1] for Philips Smart TV. Video service works on TVs from model year 2012 of 6000 series and higher.
Play: Movies” application installation is free for the user, content is provided on a paid basis. The cost of a single movie in standard quality starts from 49 Dollars, in HD format from 149 Dollars. Play users can create their own video collections: most films are available on “purchase” model, i.e. the film is purchased forever.
