Chef Alexander Seleznev cooks shrimp with bacon

After the banya it’s time to master a plate of shrimp. Boiled in a large pot, of course, they always go well. But many years in a row! We already want something new. And for this bathing occasion, the famous chef Alexander Seleznev has a decent answer with a wish for “easy steam”. Today we’re going to create a culinary masterpiece with the latest model of Panasonic microwave oven. So, ready to get steamed and properly snacked? Then let’s cook shrimp in bacon with prunes according to Alexander Seleznyov’s recipe.

Need

500g of uncooked bacon,

15 pcs. peeled “royal” shrimps,

15 pcs. seedless prunes,

salad leaves to serve the dish.

Cooking

Shrimp in bacon with prunes

Wash and peel the shrimp you can leave the tails , rinse and dry the prunes. Wrap one shrimp and one dried fruit in bacon slices.

Put the rolls on the microwave grill, put it on the tray,

Select auto program #10, 600g of food and press “Start” to preheat the oven. Put the shrimp in the oven in a minute.

Serve the ready dish on a salad leaf.
