For the dough:
250g flour,
25g yeast,
1 cup milk
2 eggs,
1 tablespoon sugar,
0.5 teaspoons salt,
3 tablespoons vegetable oil.
For the stuffing:
5-6 potatoes,
2 onions,
1 carrot,
2-3 cloves of garlic,
1 egg,
3 tablespoons mayonnaise,
sunflower oil,
pepper and salt to taste.
Preparation: boil potatoes until tender, cool, cut as for salad. Finely chop the onion, grate the carrot and saute in sunflower oil. After adding the chopped potatoes and garlic, heat everything to a common temperature along with the onions and carrots.
Prepare yeast dough, let rise, knead well and then place on a greased baking sheet.
Whip the egg and grease the bottom of the pizza, place the prepared potato filling. Grease the top with mayonnaise.
Bake for 40 minutes.
Sprinkle the pizza with potato seasoning before placing it in the oven.
