Potato and mushroom casserole

We will need:

Multicookers

500g mushrooms,

500g Potatoes,

100 grams of onions,

100 g each of tomatoes and bell peppers,

50g soy cheese,

1 bundle of herbs,

2 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil,

1/3 cup water,

20 gr semolina,

salt and ground black pepper to taste.

Method of preparation:

Chop mushrooms and onion into small pieces and fry in oil in a roasting program. Grate potatoes and cheese, dice tomatoes, peppers in half rings, chop the herbs. Oil a bowl, lay out in layers potatoes, minced mushrooms, tomatoes, bell peppers, sprinkle with soy cheese. Select the Multicooker program, set the time to 40 minutes and the temperature to 120 ºC. Brown in the oven on the 1st level for 10 minutes. Add the herbs to the ready dish.
