Porsche Design and Acer decided to combine their unique strengths – their vision of functional design and engineering thinking with technological innovation and deep knowledge of computer technology – to create new products. The first result of this partnership will be a notebook that combines state-of-the-art technology and high performance with Porsche’s signature minimalist design.It was developed together with Intel to meet the company’s requirements for the Intel Evo platform in terms of battery capacity, standby time, battery life in real-world use and charging speed. It will be the perfect companion for users who need maximum performance.

Recognizable, classic design
The design of the Acer Book RS follows the Porsche Design philosophy, which focuses on optimizing all functions of its products. The 3K carbon fiber cover stands out against the diamond-cut, CNC-machined chassis, creating not only a distinctive visual contrast, but also helping to make the notebook more portable — it weighs only 1.2 kg and is 15.99 mm thick. The two parts of the case are connected by a one-piece hinge, which raises the keyboard slightly when you open the laptop to improve cooling of the components and make typing as comfortable as possible. The backlit keyboard makes it easy to work even at night, while the glass touchpad offers multi-touch support for multitasking users.

Porsche Design Acer Book RS supporting the latest 11th Gen Intel Core i72 processors and Intel Iris Xe graphics cards discrete NVIDIA® GeForce® MX3502 are available , and 16 GB RAM for the smoothest working experience. The 14-inch IPS3 touchscreen with FHD resolution is coated with Antimicrobial4 Corning® Gorilla® Glass and features quality color reproduction with 100 percent sRGB color coverage.
And with an ultra-thin bezel around the screen, engineers have achieved an impressive 90% body-to-display ratio. Two copper heat pipes cool the components efficiently and the 17 hour battery life5 can easily be extended another 46 hours by plugging in just half an hour. High-speed wireless connectivity with Intel® Wi-Fi 6 Dual-Band Adapter Gig+ , full range of ports USB-C™, Thunderbolt™ 4 and USB3 will also be available to customers.2 Gen 2 and smart features, including quick login with Windows Hello-enabled fingerprint sensor, Modern Standby mode, and Wake on Voice technology.
