Pork medallions with oranges

We will need:

500g pork loin,


3-4 st. l. olive oil,

2 oranges,

2-3 sprigs of thyme and rosemary,

Salt and pepper to taste.

Method of preparation:

Season 2.5 cm thick pieces of meat with salt, butter and sprinkle with herbs. Leave for 20 minutes. Wash the oranges, cut into slices, drizzle with oil and grill until streaks appear. Roast “medallions” until tender, season with pepper.
