5-megapixel PocketBook 650 camera, located on the back panel of the device, is equipped with auto focus and LED flash that allows you to shoot even in low light conditions. Pre-installed software allows to recognize captured text and edit it further. PocketBook 650 can also read bar and QR codes with the help of camera.

The reader is equipped with the new-generation E Ink Carta™ display with HD resolution and LED backlight allows to read comfortably independent from lighting conditions.

Narrow margins around the PocketBook 650 screen emphasize compact size of the device and give the reader a special elegance. New reader is lightweight – only 175 grams and compact – 162.7×106.7×7.9 mm.

And thanks to the flip buttons on the back panel, using the device surface has become more convenient, and users have more options for comfortable reading positioning of the device in hands. In addition PocketBook 650 is equipped with built-in magnets for fixing branded accessories.

New reader supports more than 20 popular text and image formats and also contains a set of preinstalled ABBYY Lingvo® dictionaries. 4GB of internal memory and a slot for microSD memory cards allow to have an entire library at hand at any time. A powerful processor with a clock frequency of 1 GHz, and 512 MB of RAM provide smooth and fast page turning. You can listen to music in MP3 format with the PocketBook 650 and read texts thanks to the Text-to-Speech function.
