Plum Jam

We will need:

Small kitchen appliances

1 kg plums,

1,5 kg sugar,

1,5 cup water.

Cooking Method:

Take large plums, cut in half and remove pips. Boil the syrup separately. While it’s still hot, pour the plums into it and let it stand for 4-5 hours. This jam is made in three steps. First bring it to the boil and boil it for 20 minutes on low heat, after that leave it for 8 hours. In the second stage again bring to a boil and boil for 20 minutes. Infuse for 8 hours. The third time is the same. Cook until done.
