Pizza with seafood

For the dough:

Combination plates

400g of pizza dough.

For the filling:

450g of peeled ripe tomatoes, fresh or canned, without juice,

150 g of calamari,

180g peeled shrimp, raw or boiled,

2 sliced garlic cloves,

3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley,

3 tablespoons olive oil,

salt, black pepper.

How to prepare: put the tomatoes through a sieve with medium holes and leave the flesh.

Peel the squid from the thin skin on the body and rinse thoroughly.

Cut the squid fillets into about 5 mm thick rings. Saute.

Roll out the pizza dough into a circle of 25 cm in diameter.

Spread the tomato paste on it, without covering the edges. Arrange shrimps and slices of squid fillet.

Sprinkle with garlic, parsley, salt, pepper and olive oil.

Bake for 20 minutes .Minutes in oven at 250 *C until golden crust.
