For the batter:
250g flour,
25g yeast,
50 g butter,
2 teaspoons sugar,
2 eggs,
0,5 cup milk.
For the stuffing:
6 pineapple slices,
300g ham,
4 tablespoons mayonnaise,
2 paprika pods.
Preparation: knead yeast dough, roll out and place on a greased baking tray. Dice ham and place it in an even layer on the dough.
Sprinkle with finely chopped bell peppers. Place pineapple slices on top so that they cover the whole surface.
