Pizza with ham and apples

For the dough:

Large appliances for the kitchen

200 grams of flour,

0.5 teaspoons salt,

10 g yeast,

0,5 cup warm water,

0.5 teaspoons sugar,

1 tablespoon vegetable oil.

For the filling:

1 garlic clove,

1 tablespoon olive oil, a little tomato sauce,

0.25 teaspoon each of dried marjoram and thyme,

salt, ground black pepper,

250g cooked ham,

2 onions,

4 apples,

2 tomatoes,

1 egg,

100g grated cheese.

Cook: Prepare yeast dough on sourdough, roll out and put on a greased baking sheet. Peel garlic, chop it finely and fry in oil.

Add chopped tomatoes and spices. Cut the ham in julienne, the onion in rings.

Mix eggs and grated cheese. Glaze pizza with tomato sauce.

Layers of ham, sliced apples, tomatoes with spices. Pour it all in the cheese and egg mixture.

Bake in a hot oven for 40 minutes.
