For the dough:
200 grams of flour,

10 g yeast,

250g cooked ham,
2 onions,
4 apples,
2 tomatoes,
1 egg,
100g grated cheese.
Cook: Prepare yeast dough on sourdough, roll out and put on a greased baking sheet. Peel garlic, chop it finely and fry in oil.
Add chopped tomatoes and spices. Cut the ham in julienne, the onion in rings.
Mix eggs and grated cheese. Glaze pizza with tomato sauce.
Layers of ham, sliced apples, tomatoes with spices. Pour it all in the cheese and egg mixture.
