Pistachio Ice Cream

We will need:

Ice cream maker

4 egg yolks,

85 gr. sugar,

250 ml. milk,

100g. pistachio nuts,

1 teaspoon almond extract.

Method of preparation:

Boil some water in a pot, put the pistachios in it and let them boil for two minutes. Peel and partially crack the nuts. To Make

custard cf. Vanilla ice cream use egg yolks and milk. Leave the custard mixture until it cools and

then mix with cream, pistachios and almond extract. Pour the resulting mixture into an ice cream maker and knead/freeze for 20-30 minutes.
