Pineapple sorbet

We will need:

Ice Cream Machine

375g. 1 peeled pineapple with core removed,

juice of one lemon,

125 ml. sugar,

1 teaspoon vanilla extract,

250 ml. water,

2 egg whites.

Method of preparation:

Put the pineapple in a blender and process until the pineapple is chopped, or chop the pineapple yourself and then mix with the rest of the ingredients. Place in the freezer and chill for about 20 to 30 minutes.
