Sure! Here is a simple recipe for pickled chicken wings:

      Ingredients:
      – 2 lbs of chicken wings
      – 1 cup of white vinegar
      – 1 cup of water
      – 1/2 cup of sugar
      – 1/4 cup of salt
      – 2 cloves of garlic, minced
      – 1 teaspoon of black peppercorns
      – 1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
      – 1 bay leaf

      Instructions:
      1. In a large pot, combine the vinegar, water, sugar, salt, garlic, peppercorns, red pepper flakes, and bay leaf. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring until the sugar and salt dissolve.
      2. Allow the mixture to cool completely.
      3. Place the chicken wings in a large resealable bag or a container with a lid.
      4. Pour the cooled pickling liquid over the chicken wings, making sure they are completely submerged.
      5. Seal the bag or container and refrigerate for at least 12 hours or overnight.
      6. After pickling, you can either grill, bake, or fry the chicken wings until they are cooked through.
