Philips Pressure Steamers: soup for dinner!

Philips

Philips introduces two new lines of advanced steamers: HD9120 and HD9140. The main advantage of these novelties is a special three-dimensional bowl for soup preparation. A full three-course meal in one sitting – no problem!

The HD9140 and HD9120 come equipped with the unique Flavour Booster technology, which infuses the food with delicious herbal and spice flavours. Just put your favorite seasonings in a jug and the hot steam will fill your food with exquisite aromas of spices and spices.

The HD9140 has a timer function that automatically turns off steam after the ideal cooking time has elapsed. This will help to prepare a variety of dishes, including rice, eggs, vegetables, chicken and fish, achieving excellent results, preserving all the flavors and vitamins. And with the Keep Warm feature, you can keep food warm until you serve it.

Both models are incredibly easy to use: assembled containers take up less storage space, and the ability to wash bowls in the dishwasher makes caring for the appliance much easier. Thanks to a special external device, you can refill the water while cooking. The removable 500 ml tray is easy to drain and clean, and the cord storage unit will save extra space in the kitchen.

Model HD9140 is equipped with a special indicator for descaling and a water addition indicator – the smart device will notify you every time you need to perform these actions. The booklet with recipes and tips from the specialist will allow you to experiment and enjoy a delicious and healthy meal every day!

And here’s a soup!

Soups are not in vain considered the basis of dietary meals. Dissolved soup contains substances that increase the secretion of digestive glands and prepare the digestive system for digestion.

A variety of healthful vegetables are used in the preparation of diet soups, enriching them with nutrients proteins, fats, carbohydrates and minerals . That’s why it’s so important to preserve them during brewing and not to overcook them, because this reduces their nutritional value.
