PaperStream Capture Lite version is available for free to all users of SP series models. The software offers an ergonomic user interface touch-screen compatible and advanced features to make the entire scanning process more efficient and productive. Fujitsu’s PaperStream Capture concept now extends the functions of the entire range of fi and SP series professional scanners.
PaperStream Capture Lite software allows you to fine-tune each step of processing individual documents and batches of documents. New software provides detailed information about the scanning process and profile icons to simplify the scanning process. With the new “Browse View” feature, images can be visually checked directly during scanning, saving the user time. PaperStream Capture automatically creates multiple file formats using easy-to-use menu icons and pre-set scanning options. This software supports BMP, TIFF, M-TIFF, and JPEG formats as well as the PaperStream IP TWAIN driver for SP-Series scanners.
All SP-series models are equipped with PaperStream IP application, which automatically generates images of documents with the best quality. Linking images of two sides of the same document speeds up page layout. Other automatic features include color recognition, page deskew, multi-color and multi-page scans, and cropping of irregularly shaped documents. Automatic perforation hole removal, document separation based on patch codes, bar codes and matrix codes optional help minimize user involvement.
