Panasonic special bread

Ingredients:

Panasonic

Yeast – 2 teaspoons

Wheat flour – 375 grams

Cornflour – 80g

Clams + rye/barley flakes – 8 tablespoons

Salt – 2,5 teaspoons

Sugar – 2.5 tablespoons

Milk powder – 2.5 tablespoons

Butter – 2,5 tablespoons

Water – 320 g

Selecting XL automatic program – basic baking. Time: 4 hours.

The most important thing for a successful baking – kolobok. The bread maker does everything else. When kneading the dough, make sure the dough is thick, does not stick to the walls if necessary, add flour in small portions, beating it into the dough, otherwise the flour will be scattered on the stove.
