Panasonic introduces the new SD-ZP2000 with advanced kneading and baking technology like a real wood-fired oven.

The main thing that distinguishes Panasonic SD-ZP2000 from other bread bakers is the possibility of obtaining a dense crispy crust and the presence of the ā€œBriocheā€ mode for a delicious sweet.

The new model has 18 automatic programs, which are divided into four sections:

ā€œBaking with crispy crustā€ regular bread, wholemeal, rye, diet and other types ,

ā€œBaking with tender crustā€ regular bread, brioche, fruit and berry muffins and more ,

ā€œGluten-free bakingā€ not only bread, but also sweet gluten-free pastries can be baked with it ,

ā€œOtherā€ different types of dough, jam .

  • The SD-ZP2000ā€™s mirrored inner lid surface reflects and concentrates heat, creating high-temperature oven-like conditions. Thanks to this the bread gets its crispy crust. Two temperature sensors monitor the temperature inside and outside of the device, and a special program monitors fermentation time. By the way, a fragrant loaf of bread with crispy crust appears on your table 40 minutes faster than bread with a tender crust.
  • Intelligent kneading technology automatically changes the kneading mode according to each type of bread. For Italian ciabatta with a porous crumb and a thick crust the baker sets a gentle kneading degree and for soft and airy baked goods a maximum of intensive kneading is used.
  • The new baker can easily handle difficult to mix ingredients, which means you can make a really fresh, ā€œhealthyā€ and healthy whole grain bread with bran or wheat germ. It will preserve all the valuable components: dietary fiber, proteins, fats, vitamins, minerals. High vegetable fiber content will benefit the gastrointestinal tract and normalize blood sugar levels.

The SD-ZP2000 has a very simple and intuitive control panel. The LCD display shows the current stage of the program and the time to completion. Also the display shows the time left till the adding of other ingredients.

Delayed start system up to 13 hours allows you to add the ingredients in the evening and set the timer, and in the morning your family will wake up with a delicious flavor of delicate brioche!
