The weight value is displayed in large enough numbers on the blue backlit display. Thanks to the delayed switch-off function, after you have left the scale, this value will remain on the display for some time. So it can be safely viewed after weighing. Scales operate from rechargeable batteries, and it is recommended to choose alkaline batteries. The main material of the scale is glass, of which the weighing surface is made. The plate is 6 mm thick. Around the perimeter of the glass panel encloses a chrome edging. Glass can be black or white.
