Oursson multicooker meatballs in sour cream

Ingredients Quantity
Beef flesh , g 500
Wheat bread, g 125
Milk – 3,2% fat, ml 75
Garlic, cloves, pcs. 1
Salt, gr 5
Freshly ground black pepper pinch of
breadcrumbs, g 50
Butter, g 75
Sauce:
Sour cream 20% fat, g 400
Salt, gr 5
Ground black pepper A pinch of
Wheat flour, g 10
Fresh herbs, bunch 1

Method of preparation:

1. Put beef slices, bread soaked in milk, garlic clove through a meat grinder. Salt, pepper and mix minced meat.

2. Soak your hands in water and form into rounds.

3. Select “Roast” mode, put a piece of butter.

4. Roll breadcrumbs in breadcrumbs and fry on both sides for 15 minutes. Cook with the lid open.

5. Mix in a bowl use OURSSON dish all the ingredients for the sauce.

6. Pour the sauce on the burgers and cover with lid. Cook for 30 minutes in “Stew” mode, pressure level – 3.

7. Plate the meatballs, pour the sauce and garnish with the finely chopped fresh herbs and serve with the side dish.
