Method of preparation:
1. Skin and trim the chicken.
2. Place prepared chicken in pot, salt, add peeled onion, whole carrots and celery root, bay leaves and pour in water.
3. Cook on “Boil” mode for 30 minutes, pressure – 3.
4. Prepare batter for dumplings. To do this, mix all the ingredients for the dumplings in a deep bowl with a spoon.
5. After the beep, strain the broth, use the chicken for other dishes.
6. Pour the strained broth into the pot of the multicooker and bring to a boil in “Boil” mode, cook without a lid.
7. Spoon dumpling batter into boiling chicken broth with a teaspoon.
8. Chop the cooked carrots and celery from the broth and place on deep plates, pour over the broth with the dumplings.
9. Garnish the broth with the dumplings and finely chopped herbs and serve.
Note: If you wish you can separate chicken meat from bones, cut it up and add to the soup.Use a teaspoon and a table spoon to form the dumplings.
Select the dough with a tablespoon, and using a teaspoon soaked in water, separate small oval-shaped pieces, drop them into the hot broth and cook in it.
