Method of preparation:

3. Pour the resulting mixture onto a sieve covered with a linen or cotton cloth. Allow excess liquid to drain.
4. Put the obtained curd mass into a mixer bowl, add butter, egg, salt and baking soda.
5. Select “Heat” mode, temperature 80 C, time – 5 minutes and press Start, add “Blender” mode, speed -3 and cook until a homogeneous mass, similar to a dense melted cheese.
6. Transfer the cheese mixture to a mold, cool to room temperature and put in the refrigerator.
7. Take the cheese from the cheese tin onto a plate, cut it into slices and serve.
