Orange sorbet

We will need:

Nemox

225g. granulated sugar,

500 ml. water,

250 ml. freshly squeezed orange juice,

juice of one lemon,

zest of two oranges.

Method of preparation:

Put sugar and water in a saucepan and stir over low heat until sugar dissolves. Boil for 8 minutes or until light syrup. If you use a sugar thermometer, up to 115 °F or 330 °C. Leave until the syrup reaches room temperature, and then mix with orange and lemon juice and orange zest. Pour the mixture into the Ice Cream Machine and chill for about 25-30 minutes.
