On sale new powerful PoE injectors from Zyxel

Zyxel introduced in America, CIS countries and Ukraine the new PoE injector POE12-30W and POE12-60W that allows you to deliver up to 60W of power at speeds up to 5Gbit s to devices such as IP-cameras, IP-phones and access points using only an Ethernet cable.

As the need for connectivity increases, so does the complexity and expense of deploying network infrastructure. Power over Ethernet PoE technology reduces the need for cabling and saves money by transporting not only data but also power to the network device over the same Ethernet cable. Thus the installation of an access point, IP camera or IP-phone can be carried out at any suitable location, for example on the ceiling or on the outside wall of the building.

PoE is a standard technology that transmits power along with data over standard Ethernet LAN cables. Using IEEE standard 802.3at allows you to supply power to the device up to 30W, and IEEE 802.3bt – up to 60W. Both new products meet the specifications of the 802.3at and 802.3bt, which ensures full compatibility of the injectors with other devices that support PoE standards.

Zyxel POE12-60W

RJ45 ports and power connector

Zyxel POE12-30W – PoE injector that passes through the Ethernet cable CAT-5 and CAT-6 traffic at up to 2.5G and power up to 30W. PoE standard 802.3at PoE+. This injector is suitable for powering Wi-Fi 6 access points.

Zyxel POE12-60W – PoE injector that delivers up to 5G up to 60W of traffic over CAT-5 and CAT-6 Ethernet cables. PoE standard 802.3bt PoE++. With increased power, the injector is especially suitable for powering industrial Wi-Fi 6 access points and Pan-Tilt-Zoom CCTV cameras.

The POE12-30W and POE12-60W are Plug and Play devices, working right out of the box and requiring no additional configuration.
