
Cooked in microwave mode – from Panasonic recipes.
Put butter, chopped onion optional , 100g of chopped mushrooms in a saucepan and stir together.
Cook on High maximum power for 2 minutes or until mushrooms are soft. Leave under the lid for a while. Beat 4 eggs and 4 tbsp. l. Add a pinch of black pepper and a little cream.
Pour the mixture onto a flat plate and sprinkle with grated cheese 2 tbsp. l. . Cook on high for 3,5-4 minutes or until softened.
Place the mushrooms on top of the omelet, add the sour cream and heat at maximum power for 45 seconds. Roll omelet in half and serve.
