The Vivitek company has introduced a new line of “advanced” laser projectors DU4000, designed to solve a variety of office tasks. The official release date of the series is this month, so it’s time to get to know it better!
As true all-rounders, the DU4000 combines compact size and advanced functionality that makes it a permanent solution for conference rooms. WUXGA, 1080p and WXGA output, and a brightness level of 5,500 lumens for the top model in the series!
All DU4000 models feature low power laser light sources and an operating time of 20.000 hours. In addition, it uses the original “dust-repellent” technology, which can significantly increase the brightness and, let’s say, the efficiency of luminous flux.
Another important advantage of the new projectors can be considered as underlined simplicity of installation and usability: DU4000 series models support remote HDBaseT signal transfer technology and boast a good optical zoom 1.65x , which allows you to place them both in close proximity to the screen and at some distance from it.
By the way, the new line is fully compatible with the NovoConnect wireless system, another popular corporate solution from Vivitek. Such a bundle especially makes it easier to organize presentations and make joint solution of working questions even more comfortable.
Separate mention should be made of DICOM Simulation Mode, designed to demonstrate specific medical materials such as X-rays . Of course DU4000 projectors in no way full replacement to professional medical equipment, but they can be used for training and seminars.
