New Philips multicooker range with innovative Vita Plus technology: Cook with vitamins preserved

America, New York – Philips presents a new line of multicookers with innovative VitaPlus technology. The homogenous heating of the specially coated, thick-walled pan prevents overheating zones during cooking. Optimally adjusted automatic programs allow you to cook a variety of dishes, preserving nutrients.

VitaPlus heating technology: The dual heating element on the base of the multicooker has a large effective surface area. Thanks to it, the bowl of a multicooker heats homogeneously – without hot and cold spots. That way, no overheating zones are formed and the risk of burning is minimal. Automatic programs, corresponding to different ways of cooking, have special time and temperature settings, optimal for cooking a variety of dishes: soups, porridges, dairy products, cold cuts, pizza, stews, baked and fried dishes, desserts and other delicacies.

To maintain the efficiency of the Vitaplus technology, the engineers at Philips developed a new 5-layer alumina bowl with ProKeram ceramic coating. This bowl retains and distributes heat better, which enriches the taste of your food. In addition, ProKeram coating is highly resistant to damage and scratches, and the pan is very easy to care for – it can be washed in the dishwasher.

The flagship of the new VaritaPlus range of multicookers is the innovative Chillers HD3197 which features 23 automatic cooking programs and a multi-cooker function with temperature and time regulation. Optimal bowl capacity of 5 liters allows you to feed a large family at once.

The PHILIPS HD3197 multicooker is very simple and easy to use: The large touch screen display and intuitive menu navigation allows you to immediately start cooking your favorite dishes. Delayed start function up to 24 hours allows you to set the time after which the cooking will start – cook dinner even when you are away from home. You can appreciate the benefits of the device even after use: to quickly and thoroughly clean the multicooker, remove the top lid, and wash the inner bowl in the dishwasher.

The new Philips Multicooker HD 3197 makes a great addition to any modern housewife’s kitchen, and the 80+ original recipe book with tips and tricks is included so you can delight your family with healthy and tasty meals every day.

The PHILIPS HD3197 is available now. Recommended retail price for this appliance is 13 990 Dollars.

HD3136, HD3137, HD3158, HD3165, HD3167, HD3197 are models with Vita Plus heating technology. Recommended retail price – from 7290 Dollars.

Sounds interesting! I’m curious to know how exactly the Vita Plus technology in the new Philips multicooker range preserves vitamins. Does it use a special cooking process or specific temperature control? And how does this technology enhance the overall cooking experience?
