Midea introduces the new Volcano gas cooktops with a 4.5kW WOK burner.
The eponymous heavy-duty gas burner has a special honeycomb ceramic flame-spreader in the center of the burner and provides concentrated, powerful heating in the center of the cookware, reaching a total power of 4.5 kW.
The special design of the Volcano burner keeps the heat at a minimum of 0,3 kW without the risk of the flame going out due to a draft. The gas is distributed over the ceramic flame-spreader in such a way that it cannot be extinguished by the air flow. This function is ideal for stewing food, reheating without the risk of burning, and does not cause water to boil.
Both VolcanoMG696 VGB and MG696 VGW models have an auto ignition system ā just turn the knob and the burner lights up automatically, while the āGas Controlā function prevents gas leakage in case the flame goes out.
Midea Volcano cooktops are coated with high quality German Schott Ceran glass ceramic, which guarantees durability and impact resistance, and also makes the surfaces easy to clean.
