The signal is carried by six high-performance antennas that operate in the 2.4 GHz one channel and 5 GHz two channels bands, resulting in the fastest WiFi signal transfer rate to date – up to 3.2 Gbps 1300+1300+600 Mbps . Router automatically adjusts network load to ensure the best performance for each device and maximum network coverage.

As the distance between the WiFi device and the access point increases, the transmitted signal strength automatically increases. Beamforming+ technology works in each of the three bands.

By connecting data storage via USB port 3.0, you can watch HD video anywhere in your home on multimedia devices that support DLNA or AirPlay. A special free NETGEAR ReadySHARE Vault application is responsible for the important data backup. This application records all the changes on computers in the network and can save the modified data to the hard drive connected to Nighthawk X6 via USB. Security is provided by VPN support, remote access with native URL, dual firewall SPI and NAT , and separate guest network access.
