Need
1 kg fresh black mussels
leeks
1 to 2 garlic cloves
1/3 tbsp. heavy cream
1 tbsp. l. olive oil thyme
bunch of parsley salt
Preparation
Slice leeks crosswise, pull a couple of rings apart, place in the bowl of a steamer, add thyme, parsley stalks, drizzle with oil, steam for 5 minutes. Add washed mussels, cook for 5 minutes in a rice bowl. Pour over mussels with a mixture of salted hot cream, garlic puree and finely chopped parsley, mix well.
Serve at once, with baguette or French fries.
