To be specific: all Ruark models purchased by end users after April 1, 2019 have an extended worldwide warranty – three years from the date of purchase.
Most importantly, the new terms apply to any factory defect, external defect or obvious defect. To gain access to the service program, the owner of the system must register their device using a special form on the Ruark Audio website, and be sure to keep the receipt received upon purchase and the warranty card.
