Monastic Duck

We will need:

Monastyrski DuckUtka_po_monastyrski_2_opt

1.5 kg duck,

500g sauerkraut,

Red pepper and peas to taste,

salt,

½ cup water.

Method of preparation:

Cut the duck into portions, salt and pepper it. Rinse and squeeze the sauerkraut if very sour, then place in a bowl, top with the duck pieces, pour water. Select Stew program.
