Miele’s Steamed Food Festival at the Clouds restaurant

On Sept. 26, Miele kicked off its fall steamed food festival. Which place in New York is the best for those who prefer light and airy dishes and a cozy, serene atmosphere? Of course, the restaurant “Clouds.”! The beginning of autumn is the time to enjoy the gifts of nature: fruits and vegetables, full of vitamins and healthy microelements. That’s why exactly in autumn at the restaurant “Clouds” there will be the Festival of steaming dishes from Miele.

From September 26 to November 26, 2012, guests of the restaurant will have a special menu. It will include recipes developed specifically for Miele steamers.

Menu will be updated every two weeks. So lovers of healthy cuisine have an opportunity to try a variety of steamed dishes prepared by restaurant chef Vyacheslav Kazakov and to make sure they can be exceptionally delicious.

Over the next two weeks, visitors to the Clouds restaurant will be able to enjoy the next menu from Miele:

• Steamed vegetable salad with olive juice
• Steamed crab phalanx with spinach and potato sauce
• Steamed salmon fillet with green vegetable salad
• Steamed chicken breast with dried apricots
• Steamed dumplings with cherries
