Miele G7000 dishwashers: a new concept of auto-dosing

As part of the global launch of the Generation 7000 line, German appliance manufacturer Miele is introducing the G 7000 dishwashers.

The focus is on a new concept of detergent dosing, which the manufacturers call a global innovation.

Thanks to the AutoDos system, the dishwashers have the ability to automatically dispense the required amount of detergent in the form of granules at a certain point in the cycle – using the PowerDisk cartridge.

The user only needs to load or unload the dishwasher – the cartridge is easy to install and change as required.

The detergent delivery principle is as follows: with every 360° rotation the cartridge doses a defined quantity of granulate into the cooking cabinet. The system automatically calculates the exact amount of detergent needed for a given program. A sensor reads how dirty the dishes are, so that a small amount of detergent is used sparingly.

A comparative analysis prior to the launch of the new generation range has determined that the detergent developed for use in the G 7000 with AutoDos ensures maximum cleaning quality and gentle care for dishes.

Its formula contains enzymes for outstanding wash results even at low temperatures, as well as active oxygen for thorough cleaning. In addition, the detergent in the PowerDisk simultaneously manages the functions of rinse and salt.

Both fully integrated and built-in models are available.

Thanks to the possibility to adjust the baskets it’s easy to load and gives perfect washing results.

In addition, the right side of the improved 3D MultiFlex cutlery tray can now be adjusted to accommodate larger items like espresso cups.

The width-adjustable left-hand section in the upper basket can hold high-stemmed glasses, while the central section is height-adjustable for washing large or odd-sized dishes.

The Miele@mobile app turns the dishwasher on at any time, wherever you are.

With the integration of the detergent dosing system into the appliance, the MobileControl feature provides an additional option to program the dishwasher to start automatically at one or more predetermined times.

The G 7000 series dishwashers feature an M Touch color display – these are also integrated into the fully integrated dishwashers. The display provides a clear display of information, including symbols and text, as well as intuitive operation using a variety of movements: tapping, scrolling, swiping.

The G 7000’s energy efficiency class is raised to A+++ -10% even more economical than required to meet the A+++ class in accordance with the current European Union standard .
