Miele automatic dryer: impregnation program will make a ski suit water-repellent

Miele, a German manufacturer of premium home appliances, presents new models of dryers with heat pump: T 8001 WP, T 8969 WP and T 9749 WP. Heat pump dryers are particularly economical, and consequently are very popular in Europe all the time. They consume about 42% less energy than required by the criteria for energy efficiency class A. These models are also particularly efficient because the air moves in a closed loop and is heated by the refrigerant.

The key new feature that distinguishes them from the previous models is that they are equipped with additional drying programs. The new “Hygiene” program now eliminates any germs on the clothes e.g. dust mites and greatly reduces the allergens in the laundry.

At the moment, Miele is the only manufacturer that has equipped its dryers with a heat pump program “impregnation. The Miele Miele program makes everything – be it a tablecloth, a hiking outfit or a ski suit – dirt- and water-repellent.

An important new feature is the filter system which is easier to clean and maintain. The new filter with a simple Push-Pull locking mechanism consists of two layers and effectively cleans the air ducts of lint and foreign bodies. Due to this, the new models have a filter located only in the base area of the machine no filter in the door . A sensor warns you when the filter needs to be cleaned.

The new models have a unique honeycomb drum that allows your clothes to dry particularly gently. Its special honeycomb structure creates an air cushion between the laundry and the drum.

Two separate motors for the dryer drum and blower fan run independently of each other and enable variable air drying TwinPower .

Improved air exchange makes clothes dry faster, more even and with less mechanical stress. The ironing of clothes after such a drying process is much easier.

In addition to this, the new models T 8001 WP, T 8969 WP and T 9749 WP have a drying sensor and a programming function that allows a delayed start of up to 24 hours, and the integrated condensate drainage system allows the water to drain directly into the sink or into the trap. Thanks to Miele’s exclusive noise insulation system, you won’t hear the dryer running, so you can devote yourself entirely to relaxing with your family.

With their functional details, the new dryer models are perfectly coordinated with the Miele washing machines. The dryer can be positioned next to or just above the washing machine – in a “column” – for easy loading of the freshly washed laundry. Like all Miele appliances, the dryers are synonymous with impeccable quality and reliability, and have been tested for 20 years of service.
