Miele: a great wash in 39 minutes

Thanks to the new SingleWash option, even the smallest load of laundry, down to a single item of clothing, can now be washed quickly and economically.

SingleWash option determines the amount of water and electricity, as well as the duration of the washing cycle required to wash the minimum loads of laundry. It is the logical continuation of the patented PowerWash 2 technology.0, characterized by a special circulation pump, and the Spin&Spray technology, which provides additional benefits to consumers.

Even with a standard load, PowerWash 2 technology.0 guarantees excellent energy efficiency and short cycle times. Miele washing machines have now improved the most economical energy efficiency class, A+++*, by 50% – all in 2 hours and 59 minutes.

This technology uses just the right amount of water to optimally moisten each and every fiber. Depending on the absorbency of the fabric, 1 to 2 liters of water may be required per kilogram of laundry, which is subsequently heated in the washing process. The result is that energy consumption is reduced by around 60%, water consumption is halved and the total washing time is reduced.

Using the “Minimum Iron 40°C” washing program, the cycle times are only 39 minutes, and the washing quality remains at a superb level.

The new washing process is ideal for clothes that require special care: fabrics that can shed or need to be washed separately due to special materials or hygiene reasons.

The SingleWash option is available in almost all wash programs of all models equipped with PowerWash 2 technology.0.

All washing machines equipped with PowerWash 2.0, SingleWash and TwinDos, also have a color LCD screen with touch controls and WiFi connectivity.
