Mexican Coffee

Needed:

  • Mexican Coffee
  • 50 ml of strong coffee
  • 2 tablespoons melted chocolate
  • 10 ml cream
  • 2 pinches of ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 pinch of ground nutmeg
  • A preparation for four people

    Whipped cream and cinnamon sticks for garnish. Whisk together melted chocolate, cream, cinnamon, sugar and nutmeg. Pour hot coffee into the mixture and stir well.

    Pour into cups, then place a spoonful of cream in each and garnish with a cinnamon stick.

    Tip: You can prepare this drink with filtered coffee at the rate of 7 tablespoons per 50 ml water
