The Caffeo® Passione® One Touch and Caffeo® Varianza® models have been upgraded to the Best Aroma System PLUS: the grinder empties completely after each brewing, so you can make coffee with a specific type of bean without mixing it with the ones used previously. Aroma Extraction System A.E.S works to extract the maximum aroma during the preparatory phase: the ground coffee is steeped in water and infused for extraction of the maximum aroma.

Easy to use and operate
No need to open the manual every time: the intuitive user interface with an integrated symbol or color TFT display depending on model makes operation totally easy, even if this is your first time using the machine.
The One-Touch function lets you select and brew your favourite drink at the touch of a button: classic coffees, warm milk, milk foam and hot water – even if you don’t only want coffee, but a cup of cocoa or tea as well? When it comes to coffee, you can select from six different specialties using the “recipe” function available on the Caffeo® Passione® One Touch and Caffeo® Varianza® CSP models .
Cup size can be selected using one of the three program buttons small, medium and large . Pressing one of these buttons for a few seconds saves the desired amount of coffee in the settings.
Double Cup mode allows you to brew two cups of the beverage of your choice at the same time.
Five strength level settings including Extra Mild with no pre-cooking to give you just the right intensity for your beverage. Coffee temperature programmable in three settings – 87°/90°/93°.

The Caffeo® Passione® offers you several ways to save energy: The programmable special energy-saving mode, the automatic switch-off function and the manual 0 watt switch. Cup tray with passive heating consumes less electricity.
Hygienic and easy to clean
A special indicator on the display shows when it’s time to start the cleaning or decalcification program, which can be selected from the electronic menu or by pressing the button for automatic cleaning on the control panel – nothing more is required of the user.
The brewing unit is easy to detach, so that you can clean the machine more thoroughly, for example once a year, both the brewing unit and the inside of the appliance.
