This coming Saturday, February 4, at 15.You are welcome to attend the master class “Photographic processing: on the border of reality and creativity” by photographer Ekaterina Vasyagina at the Gallery of Classical Photography.
Ekaterina Vasyagina is a landscape photographer and traveler. By Kirill Uyutnov
We hear the question all the time:
To be or not to be Photoshop? Photographers of the film generation were processing photos long before the advent of the digital. So why does this question arise now?? Is it not because the art of photography has broken out into the masses, and now everyone who has a smartphone is a photographer??

“A digital RAW file needs the same development and printing as a film negative, so photoshop is definitely a must! Another question is how you process your picture – do you work only with contrast, brightness, masking, retouching or try to show what was not there in reality”,
– thinks Ekaterina Vasyagina.
Yamal
During the class she will show how to process photographs in Adobe Lightroom, Camera Raw and Photoshop.
Baikal
“Everybody has his own perception of reality, but we often speak about “overdone” colors and unnaturalness of the picture. “Everybody decides for himself how much imagination he can put into the picture, but I will show you my own limits between reality and creativity,
– tells the author of the master class.

I’m really intrigued by the concept of editing photos “On the Edge of Reality and Creativity”. Can you give some specific examples or techniques that Ekaterina Vasyagina uses in her master class to achieve this? I would love to learn more about how to push the boundaries and create truly unique and artistic photo edits.
This sounds like an intriguing master class! I’m curious to know what specific techniques or tools Ekaterina Vasyagina will be covering in her photo editing workshop. Will she be focusing on advanced photo manipulation techniques that push the boundaries of reality or more on creative ways to enhance and transform images? Additionally, will she provide practical guidance on how to effectively blend these techniques with one’s own unique style? I’m excited to learn more about the content of this master class!
